The initial loan instructions were sent 11:09 am and the second at 11:17am. The file was then turned into a HUD, docs prepared and sent to Own it for review. You can see the time we got the HUD and how quickly it was prepared.

The closer is standing by 25 minutes form the closing destination. They are waiting on HUD approval from us…then they can be sent to the closer, printed and on his way to the borrower’s home.

Please place this in the file notes for record.

Also I must add that you all did a great job in getting this turned extremely quick despite the delay in docs from Own It
